Data collected

This site collects personal data only when a visitor voluntarily fills in the contact form: name, email address, subject and message content. No other data is collected, the site does not use any audience-measurement (analytics) tool or advertising cookie.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to reply to requests sent through the form (inquiries, print orders, collaboration proposals, press requests). The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in responding to a request explicitly made by the visitor.

Recipients and transfer outside the European Union

The contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc., a technical service provider based in the United States. Formspree acts as a data processor and only handles the data to deliver the message to Hugo Chazot-Ranquet. This transfer outside the European Union relies on the safeguards set out in Formspree's own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. No other data is shared with a third party, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

Retention period

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request, then deleted within a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Cookies

This site does not set any audience-measurement or advertising cookies. Only the typeface (Adobe Fonts / Typekit) is loaded from a third-party server for the site's typography; this loading does not require consent under applicable cookie regulations.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@hugochazotranquet.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority), www.cnil.fr.
