The print

Print

Every image begins in the darkroom. The print is not a reproduction of a negative. It is the moment when the image comes into existence, shaped by hand through light, chemistry and time.

Each silver gelatin print is a unique object. Grain holds the structure. Contrast is built through successive tests. The paper carries the final image as a physical surface, not a screen.

These prints are made on fiber-based paper, archival, and intended to last.
